The Domaine d'Aveny provides you with numerous indoor and outdoor spaces that you can choose according to your desires and your personality, for an event that suits you.
The air-conditioned Grand Gallery located in the castle is the ideal place to host your dinner in an elegant and comfortable setting. In case of bad weather, we have fallback solutions to adapt to all seasons!
Our timeline projects you into the organization of your event, from the ceremony to the brunch the next day.
1. Ceremony
The Domaine provides you with several outdoor spaces for your ceremony.
And if it rains? We have beautiful and large spaces such as the Orangery, open to the Impressionist Garden, so that your moment remains unique, whatever the conditions.

2. Cocktail
Discover our multiple cocktail areas, offering a varied choice for your events: in front of the majestic facade of the Castle, in the heart of our green park or on the ground floor of the castle. The Domaine provides garden furniture and umbrellas.
3. Dinner
The Grand Gallery, located in the Castle, will offer you a prestigious reception in a historic place from the 18th century. This gallery is renovated and air conditioned for your comfort. It has a capacity for 200 people with dance floor.

4. soiree
Continue the evening in the Grande Galerie, where the dance floor animated by a DJ will thrill you. And for the “grandiose”? End on a high note with a fireworks show on request, dance or an orchestra for an unforgettable evening.
5. Brunch
You extend your event the next day, with a brunch that will awaken your taste buds as well as your eyes, on our Large Terrace.
Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Castle and the Vexin hills, or more simply, a picnic in the park clearing. A moment of relaxation and delight.

For each moment of your wedding, we have planned an indoor plan B, while maintaining an openness to the outside to maintain the desired atmosphere. Thus, you can organize your ceremony in the Orangery with its adjacent garden, enjoy the cocktail in the entrance hall of the Castle, which opens directly onto the large terrace, and enjoy the brunch in the large gallery and its balcony, or again in the Orangery. These stylish and comfortable alternatives ensure the success of your event, whatever the weather.

Each of the 34 rooms of the estate offer charm and comfort for a stay in the heart of Vexin and enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside. Each room is unique and tastefully decorated to convey 18th century refinement or country authenticity. They are also equipped with a private bathroom with a toilet.

The estate offers a total of 34 rooms for 94 beds:
40 beds in the Castle, 23 beds in the orangery, 2 beds on the ground floor and 29 beds in the houses of the Domaine.
Yes, we have 3:2 rooms in the Castle and 1 on the ground floor
In general, the reservation of accommodations is managed by the organizers or the bride and groom at the time of booking the domain. If accommodation has not been planned for you, you can ask them directly. You can also search for accommodation near the event. For added convenience, it may be helpful to look at local options like hotels, B&Bs, or short-term rentals. Do not hesitate to ask the organizers who have a “accommodations near the domain” document provided by the domain.
Yes, he is present from the beginning to the end of the event
No, but our service providers are recommended. However, external service providers working in the field must sign our charter. Only the caterer and the artificer are taxed (if you want fireworks at your event).
Many caterers are referenced at the Domaine and highly recommended. (An additional charge is required for an external caterer and he must come and do a mandatory technical check with the director of the estate if he has never worked on site and sign our charter)
Parking is free and has 100 spaces in total.
The end of the evening time is 4:00am. For the sound, during the evening and at night, you should not exceed 85 decibels. A lounge is available to end your evening in a small group.
It takes place in the Grande Galerie, on the first floor of the Castle, or in the Orangery for small groups.
Availability of spaces from 15:00 on the D-day and 15:00 for service providers as well. On request and depending on the availability of the location, service providers can arrive earlier in the afternoon for longer installations. A mandatory request must be made to the Domaine's teams.
11 am if you do not have the brunch areas (rooms to be vacated at 11 am) and 3 pm if you have reserved the spaces for brunch.
Yes: round tables for 8 to 10 people and Napoleon chairs for dinner for 200 people and outdoor furniture. The equipment, in particular the chairs for the ceremony, is not included, however, it is your floral decorator who takes care of this.
Yes, the estate has 2 electrical terminals for 4 vehicles. Please bring your charging cards to use the terminals.
